Good News!
Most articles in The Healing Voices Magazine (except by some guest writers) may be printed and distributed for free
(See easy conditions on noted with the magazine site.)
If you are working solo on your blog or in a smart start-up, here's a really simple run through of how to use our videos as your content."RSS" means Really Simple Syndication. RSS will "feed" each of our new broadcast videos to your website or newspaper or blog automatically, without your going in and posting each week. It is really simple to do, too.
To run an RSS Feeder, you need Feeder.
Somebody at a bigger organization usually already has the Feeder plugged in and working. They usually have tech people who take it from here. (See above.)
If you are new to this process, here's a helpful article on free RSS Feeders and how this process works. It helps you choose a free, reputable Feeder, too. Plug it in. Switch it on.
Once you have a Feeder (or find the Feeder already built in), you will want to pick up our YouTube RSS Feed from our playlist The Spirit Fire Global Broadcast on Abuse and Faith. You can pick it out of the search engine (upper right of your screen usually) as a URL (starts with https://....) here.
You might want to add our YouTube RSS Feed from our playlist Our Catholic Story. This involves a second Feed. Just pick out the thread from the search engine (upper right of your screen usually) as a URL (starts with https://....) here.
Then you add the Feed to your Feeder. If you have a set up already, this is fairly easy and immediate. As mentioned, your organization may have a tech who does this for you. If you are just starting out, and doing this solo, it is also easy ... but new. A how-to article that is very simple is attached for your convenience.
Let us know how it goes! We'd love to improve this how-to page, so your feedback is welcome. Just send comments here.
